The Pizza Ovens collection focuses on Gozney ovens that suit very different cooking spaces, from balconies and portable setups through to large backyard entertaining areas. The useful comparison is not simply price: pizza size, fuel type, portability and the amount of cooking space inside the oven all change how each model fits into an outdoor kitchen.

The Gozney Arc Lite is the smallest oven currently in the Alfresco range. Gozney specifies it for 12-inch pizza and describes it as a compact gas oven capable of reaching 500°C, making it a practical option where bench space is limited. Tread also handles 12-inch pizza but is designed around portability, with Gozney positioning it as its most portable and rugged oven. These two models suit customers who value a small footprint, but Tread is the clearer choice when the oven will regularly travel.

Arc XL increases pizza capacity to 16 inches and uses Gozney's lateral gas flame system, creating more cooking room without moving into the size of the Dome platform. For customers wanting live-fire versatility and higher capacity, Dome Gen 2 and Dome XL Gen 2 sit at the top of the current range. Gozney's comparison guide positions Dome Gen 2 for two pizzas and multiple fuels, while Dome XL Gen 2 is the largest home model, with capacity for up to three smaller pizzas and wood, charcoal or gas operation depending on configuration.
