Collection: Weber Built-Ins

A Weber built-in BBQ is designed to become part of a permanent outdoor kitchen rather than sit on a freestanding cart. Alfresco Outdoors & Heating currently has built-in options across several Weber platforms, including Built-in Q, Genesis E-360 and E-460 models, Summit S-660 products and the newer Summit SB38 family. These are not interchangeable appliances, so the barbecue model should be selected before cabinetry or stonework is ordered.

Built-in Q is the most compact approach and carries the familiar Weber Q cooking format into a fixed benchtop installation. Genesis E-360 and E-460 models move to a more conventional three- or four-burner outdoor-kitchen layout, providing more cooking area without stepping up to the largest Summit platform. At the premium end, Summit built-ins include older S-660 products as well as current five-burner SB38 models. Weber specifies the SB38 with WEBER CRAFTED cooking grills and frame equipment, a smoker box and rotisserie capability, giving it a different feature set from legacy Summit and Genesis models.

Fuel must be confirmed at purchase because LPG and natural-gas versions are factory configured for their nominated gas type. Installation also requires model-specific planning for cabinet cut-outs, ventilation, combustible-material clearances, gas supply and future service access. Do not design the outdoor kitchen around a generic barbecue width.

Use the product title and model number to distinguish generations that appear similar online. If the project includes side burners, storage or modular cabinetry, plan those elements alongside the selected barbecue so working height, landing space and circulation are resolved as one outdoor-kitchen layout.
