Weber Summit is the premium end of Weber's gas-barbecue range and is aimed at customers building a high-capacity entertaining setup rather than simply looking for the lowest-cost way to grill. Alfresco Outdoors & Heating carries both freestanding Summit and built-in options, including current FS38 and SB38 models alongside selected S-660 built-in products.

Weber describes the current Summit FS38 as a five-burner gas barbecue with a top-down high-heat infrared burner, stainless-steel smoker box and integrated rotisserie. It also uses WEBER CRAFTED cooking grills and frame equipment, allowing compatible accessories to change the cooking surface for tasks such as griddling or wok cooking. The SB38 brings the same current Summit concept into a built-in format for permanent outdoor kitchens and is available in black or stainless-steel finishes depending on model and fuel.

The Alfresco catalogue also includes Summit S-660 built-in barbecues, a six-burner stainless-steel platform from the previous Summit generation. This means customers should compare the actual model rather than assuming every Summit uses the same burner layout or accessory system. Built-in installations also require careful planning around cabinetry, ventilation, clearances and service access.

Natural gas and LPG models are factory configured for their nominated fuel and must be selected correctly. If the barbecue is being integrated into cabinetry, use Weber Built-Ins as the starting point for installation-focused shopping; otherwise compare the freestanding Summit against premium Genesis models for overall cooking space and features.
