Weber Cherry All-Natural Hardwood Pellets 9kg product pack

Collection: BBQ Hardwood Pellets

Shop BBQ hardwood pellets for pellet barbecues and smokers, with current Weber options including Hickory, Apple, Cherry, Mesquite and GrillMaster Blend in 9kg bags. Choose the wood profile according to the food and smoke intensity you want, then store opened bags in a dry, sealed environment to protect reliable feeding and combustion.

BBQ hardwood pellets are both the fuel and the smoke source in a compatible pellet barbecue or pellet smoker. That makes pellet quality and storage more important than it is with a small amount of flavour wood added to another fuel source. Damp or degraded pellets can affect feeding and combustion, so they should be kept dry from the moment the bag is opened.

Weber Australia’s current pellet range includes Hickory, Apple, Cherry, Mesquite and GrillMaster Blend, supplied in 9kg bags. The wood choice changes the smoke profile. Hickory and mesquite provide a more assertive smoke character, while apple and cherry are useful when a lighter fruit-wood profile is preferred. GrillMaster Blend is designed as a more general-purpose option for cooks who do not want to match a single timber to every meal.

Pellets should be used only in barbecues designed to burn them. Current Weber pellet cooking platforms include Searwood barbecues and Smoque pellet smokers, while older SmokeFire products may still appear in existing catalogues. Always follow the exact barbecue manual for hopper filling, start-up, shutdown and ash or grease maintenance rather than treating pellets like loose charcoal.

Storage is part of performance. Keep bags off damp floors, close them after use and use a sealed storage container where possible. If pellets have swollen, crumbled heavily or absorbed moisture, they should not be loaded into the hopper.

For customers cooking with charcoal who only want additional smoke flavour, BBQ Smoking Wood Chips or BBQ Smoking Wood Chunks are the more appropriate products. Use BBQ Charcoal & Briquettes for the primary solid fuel in charcoal barbecues.
