Weber Wood Pellet Range

Collection: Weber Wood Pellet Range

Shop Weber pellet BBQs and smokers across the current Searwood and Smoque families. Searwood 600 and XL 600 are designed to smoke, roast and sear across an 80–315°C temperature range, while Smoque and Smoque XL focus more strongly on low-and-slow smoking, baking and roasting up to 260°C. Choose Searwood when high-heat versatility matters, Smoque for a smoker-led setup, and the standard or XL body according to the cooking capacity you genuinely need.

Weber pellet BBQs use wood pellets as both the heat source and source of smoke flavour, while an electronic controller manages cooking temperature. Alfresco’s range includes Searwood 600 and Searwood XL 600 for versatile grilling and smoking, plus Smoque and Smoque XL for a stronger low-and-slow focus.

Searwood is the more grill-led pellet platform. Weber specifies an 80°C to 315°C operating range, DirectFlame technology and a full-grill sear zone, allowing the barbecue to move from low-temperature smoking through roasting to high-heat searing. The standard 600 suits customers who want that versatility in a smaller footprint, while the XL 600 adds cooking capacity and a wider overall body for larger quantities.

Smoque is positioned as a dedicated pellet smoker. Its 80°C to 260°C range covers low-and-slow smoking, baking and roasting, with remote monitoring and control available through the Weber Connect app. The standard and XL choice is primarily about how much food needs to cook at once rather than a different fuel or operating method.

Pellet cooking still requires planning for fuel storage, electrical power and routine clean-out. Pellets should be kept dry, and customers should allow room for the hopper, lid movement and service access. Choose Searwood if searing is an important part of the brief; choose Smoque if the appliance will be used mainly for ribs, brisket, jerky, roasts and other smoke-led cooks.
