The Searwood® XL 600/Genesis® 4-Burner Rotisserie Set brings slow, even spit-roasting to Weber's larger compatible barbecues. Continuous rotation exposes food evenly to the heat while allowing natural juices and rendered fats to baste the surface as it cooks.
The larger-format set includes a stainless-steel shaft, rotisserie forks, handle and mounting hardware, driven by a heavy-duty electric motor. Its size makes it well suited to whole poultry, substantial rolled roasts and larger gyros-style cooks where the capacity of the Searwood XL 600 or Genesis 4-Burner can be put to use.
