Xmas Cooking Class

Xmas Cooking Class is a festive demonstration-style session led by Alfresco’s BBQ & Pizza Oven experts, designed to give you fresh ideas for Christmas entertaining. Watch the team prepare festive dishes while they explain techniques for roasts, seafood, sides, desserts and outdoor cooking.

Guests can relax and enjoy food tastings and beverages while our experts demonstrate timing, temperature control, flavour combinations and entertaining tips. Patrons watch the cooking rather than preparing the food themselves, making it an easy and social way to gather ideas for Christmas Day.

Included: expert BBQ & pizza oven demonstrations, festive food tastings, beverages, practical entertaining tips and time to ask questions. Limited places are available; please advise us of dietary requirements or accessibility needs when booking.
