Alfresco Outdoors & Heating offers delivery to approved locations across our NSW delivery network.

DELIVERY RATES

Small Items — $9.95 Flat Rate

A $9.95 flat-rate delivery fee applies Australia-wide to small items including:

• Sauces
• Rubs
• Spices

Bulky Items — $110 Flat Rate

A $110 flat-rate delivery fee applies to eligible bulky items delivered within our approved NSW delivery network.

Our standard delivery network broadly extends from Port Macquarie to Wollongong, including Newcastle and the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney and selected surrounding and inland areas.

Delivery eligibility is determined by the postcode of the delivery address.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days from confirmation of your order for delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Delivery location
• Product availability
• Individual order requirements
• Transport availability
• Scheduling circumstances outside our reasonable control

APPROVED DELIVERY AREAS

Our $110 flat-rate delivery service is available only to addresses within our approved postcode network.

OUTSIDE OUR STANDARD DELIVERY AREA

If your postcode is not included within our standard delivery area, please contact Alfresco Outdoors & Heating before placing your order.

Depending on your location, the products being purchased and available transport options, we may be able to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

Alternative delivery arrangements may be subject to different delivery charges and delivery timeframes.

When contacting our team, please provide:

• The product or products you are interested in purchasing

DELIVERY ACCESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that reasonable access is available at the delivery address.
