Teak dining chairs bring the warmth of natural timber to an outdoor dining area and can be paired with round, square or rectangular teak tables. The intended Alfresco Outdoors & Heating chair range includes Flinders teak seating and selected Flinders teak-and-wicker armchairs, giving customers a choice between a predominantly timber chair and a mixed-material woven look.
Chair proportions matter when tables and chairs are purchased separately. An armchair needs enough clearance beneath the tabletop and enough width between table legs, while a larger chair also changes how many seats can realistically fit around the table. This is particularly important on compact round or square dining tables, where four broad armchairs can require substantially more space than narrower side-chair formats.
Across Alfresco's established teak furniture specification, the timber is kiln-dried Indonesian teak. Left outdoors, teak can be allowed to weather naturally towards a silver-grey patina, or maintained with suitable teak-care products if a warmer timber appearance is preferred. Any wicker or woven sections have their own cleaning requirements and should be cared for according to the product instructions rather than treated like timber.
Before ordering, compare chair width, seat height and arm height against the table you plan to use. If you prefer a ready-matched package, review Teak Settings instead. For table-only comparison, use Teak Dining Tables. Cushion use should also be considered before purchase: if a chair is sold without a cushion, confirm whether you want an all-timber seating surface or plan to add a compatible outdoor cushion separately.
