Weber Griddles

Collection: Weber Griddles

Shop Weber griddles across the current Slate flat-top range, from the compact 17-inch tabletop model to 30-inch three-burner and 36-inch four-burner freestanding griddles. Each uses a pre-seasoned, rust-resistant carbon-steel cooktop designed for even edge-to-edge heat. Choose the tabletop Slate for smaller spaces or transport, a 30-inch model for everyday family cooking, or the 36-inch Premium when maximum surface area and extra workspace matter.

A Weber griddle replaces open cooking grills with one continuous flat-top surface, making it particularly useful for breakfast, smash burgers, seafood, vegetables and stir-fries that would be awkward over conventional grill bars. Alfresco Outdoors & Heating carries the four current Slate cooking formats: the 17-inch Tabletop Griddle, 30-inch 3 Burner Griddle, 30-inch 3 Burner Premium Griddle and 36-inch 4 Burner Premium Griddle.

The 17-inch Slate is the portable option. Weber specifies a compact LPG format with a pre-seasoned, rust-resistant carbon-steel cooktop, even edge-to-edge heat and temperatures above 260°C. It can connect to a refillable LPG cylinder and is also compatible with disposable propane canisters, which makes it useful for smaller patios, camping setups and cooking away from home.

The 30-inch three-burner models create a larger everyday cooking surface. Moving from the standard to the Premium version adds more integrated workspace and convenience features, so the decision is not only cooking width but how much preparation and storage space you want around the plate. The 36-inch Premium increases both cooking area and burner count for larger gatherings, and its digital display shows the average griddle-surface temperature.

All Slate models cook differently from a lidded grill: the flat surface excels at fast contact cooking, while a conventional Weber barbecue remains better where you specifically want open-grill marks or enclosed roasting. Compare the four griddles by storage space, portability, group size and the amount of bench space needed beside the cooktop.
