The Weber Slate 3 Burner Premium Griddle (30") LPG is a dedicated flat-top barbecue with extra storage and temperature visibility for regular outdoor cooking. Its 3,484 cm² pre-seasoned carbon-steel cooktop is ready to use out of the box and heats evenly from edge to edge.
Three stainless-steel burners deliver 38 MJ of total output and take the cooktop beyond 260°C for crisp searing and fast flat-top cooking. A Digital Read Out displays the average griddle surface temperature so you can make more informed heat adjustments as you cook.
The Premium model adds enclosed cabinet storage and a fold-down side table, while Weber Works compatibility gives you access to modular prep and storage accessories. A front-facing grease tray helps keep cleanup straightforward.
