Description

The Weber Slate Tabletop Griddle (17") LPG brings flat-top cooking to camping trips, balconies and smaller outdoor spaces. Its 1,755 cm² pre-seasoned carbon-steel cooktop gives you enough room for breakfast, smashed burgers, stir-fries and other meals without the footprint of a full-size cart griddle.

A single stainless-steel burner produces 13.2 MJ and takes the cooking surface beyond 260°C for strong searing and crisp edges. Four adjustable feet help level the griddle on uneven tables or outdoor surfaces.

The 19.5 kg tabletop design includes a front-facing grease tray and push-button ignition. A Type 27 hose and regulator is supplied for refillable LPG cylinders, and it is also compatible with disposable propane canisters.

Use And Care

After cooking, allow the griddle to cool briefly, scrape food debris and grease toward the grease-management opening, wipe the cooktop clean and apply a light coat of neutral oil when the surface begins to look dry. Follow Weber Australia's Slate care guidance.

Warranty

Weber Australia lists 5-year coverage against rust-through or burn-through for the cookbox and hard cover assembly, 5 years for stainless-steel burner tubes, 5 years for the carbon-steel cooktop excluding rust, and 2 years for remaining parts excluding normal wear and tear. Warranty terms apply.
