Description

The Weber Slate 3 Burner Griddle (30") LPG is a dedicated flat-top barbecue built for everything from breakfast cook-ups and smashed burgers to seafood, fajitas and stir-fries. Its 3,484 cm² carbon-steel cooktop is pre-seasoned and ready to cook on straight out of the box.

Three stainless-steel burners deliver 38 MJ of total output and provide even edge-to-edge heat across the cooking surface. The griddle reaches more than 260°C, giving you the high heat needed for strong searing, crispy edges and quick flat-top cooking.

Weber Works compatibility lets you add modular prep, storage and serving accessories around the griddle, while the mid-shelf provides convenient space for tools and trays. A front-facing grease tray helps make cleanup more straightforward after busy cooks.

Use And Care

After cooking, allow the griddle to cool briefly, scrape food debris and grease toward the grease-management opening, and wipe the cooktop clean. Re-season with a small amount of neutral oil when the surface begins to look dry or food starts to stick. Follow Weber Australia's Slate care guidance.

Weber Australia lists 5-year coverage against rust-through or burn-through for the cookbox and hard cover assembly, 5 years for stainless-steel burner tubes, 5 years for the carbon-steel cooktop excluding rust, and 2 years for all remaining parts excluding normal wear and tear.
