The Searwood® Wet Smoke Pan is designed to add moisture to low-and-slow cooks on Weber Searwood pellet barbecues. Filling the pan with water introduces moisture into the cooking environment, helping support juicy results during long smoking sessions.

Its custom shape sits over the Flavorizer® bar and underneath the cooking grills, so you can use a water pan without sacrificing the main cooking surface. The positioning also helps establish an indirect cooking zone for brisket, ribs, pork shoulder and other foods suited to slower cooking.

Allow the pan to cool before handling. Empty remaining liquid after use, wash away grease and cooking residue, dry thoroughly and store clean between cooks.
