Weber Smoque XL Pellet Smoker

The Weber Smoque XL Pellet Smoker is built for backyard cooks who want rich wood-fired flavour, straightforward temperature control and extra capacity for serious low-and-slow barbecue. With a cooking range from 80°C to 260°C, it can move from overnight brisket and ribs to roast chicken, baked dishes, barbecue sides and larger family meals.

A generous 5910cm² total cooking area provides dual-level space for preparing multiple foods at once. The deep upper rack can accommodate larger barbecue favourites such as brisket, while removing it creates extra clearance for roasts and whole poultry. SmokeBoost helps maintain ideal smoking temperatures for deeper flavour, while the SmoqueVent cooking system circulates smoke through the chamber and around the food to encourage bold bark and wood-fired character.

Cooking control is managed through the Weber Connect digital LCD controller with a simple turn-and-press interface. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity through the Weber Connect app let you monitor smoker temperature, food probe readings, timers and cooking progress from a compatible smartphone. Two integrated probe ports and two included food probes provide additional confidence when tracking larger or longer cooks.

The side-mounted pellet hopper accommodates a standard 9kg bag of wood pellets and features a built-in release handle for easier emptying and flavour changes. An enclosed grease and ash management system helps simplify clean-up, while the porcelain-enamelled lid, cast-aluminium cookbox and all-weather wheels support regular backyard use.
