The Searwood® 600/Spirit® Rotisserie Set opens up another style of cooking on compatible Weber barbecues by slowly rotating food above the heat. As meat turns, rendered fats and juices continually move across the surface, helping produce evenly browned exteriors while retaining moisture.
The set includes a stainless-steel shaft, rotisserie forks, handle and the mounting hardware required for compatible models. A heavy-duty electric motor provides steady rotation, while the adjustable forks are designed to secure both smaller and larger cuts.
Use the rotisserie for whole chickens, rolled roasts, pork, lamb or gyros-style cooking when you want even exposure to heat without constantly turning food by hand. Compatibility spans the Searwood 600 plus selected current and earlier Spirit three- and four-burner models, making it a versatile accessory across several Weber platforms.
