Weber Searwood XL 600 Pellet Barbecue

The Weber Searwood XL 600 Pellet Barbecue combines serious wood-fired flavour with extra-large cooking capacity for family meals, entertaining and bigger backyard barbecue sessions. Designed to smoke, sear, roast and bake, it gives you the flexibility to move from long low-and-slow cooks to high-temperature grilling without changing cookers.

With a temperature range of 80°C to 315°C, the Searwood XL 600 is suited to brisket, ribs and pork shoulder as well as roast chicken, reverse-seared steaks and wood-fired-style pizza. DirectFlame cooking supports searing, browning and crisping, while the full-grill sear zone helps deliver consistent high-heat cooking across the barbecue. SmokeBoost provides another option when you want to develop deeper wood-smoke flavour during slower cooks.

A generous 6271cm² cooking area spans two levels and provides capacity for larger gatherings. The deep 24cm upper rack can accommodate substantial cuts such as brisket, or be removed when additional vertical clearance is needed for roasts and whole poultry. The barbecue is rated to cater for up to approximately 20 people, depending on the food being prepared.

The Weber Connect digital LCD controller adds straightforward temperature management, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity through the Weber Connect app. Two integrated probe ports and two included food probes let you monitor internal food temperatures during smoking, roasting and searing.

A side-mounted hopper holds a standard 9kg bag of wood pellets, while the release handle makes changing pellet flavours easier. The front-access pull-and-clean grease and ash management system helps simplify clean-up after cooking. With the Weber Crafted Frame Kit and Sear Grate included, the Searwood XL 600 provides a versatile, high-capacity setup for cooks who want authentic wood-pellet flavour across a wide range of barbecue styles.
