Weber Smoque Pellet Smoker

The Weber Smoque Pellet Smoker is designed for backyard cooks who want rich wood-fired flavour with simple temperature control and less hands-on fire management. Built specifically for low-and-slow barbecue, it is ideal for brisket, ribs, pulled pork, jerky, roast chicken, baked dishes and hearty barbecue sides.

With a cooking temperature range of 80°C to 260°C, the Smoque can move from long smoking sessions through to roasting and baking with genuine wood-pellet flavour. SmokeBoost helps maintain ideal smoking temperatures for deeper flavour, while the SmoqueVent system circulates smoke throughout the cooking chamber and around the food to encourage rich flavour and bold bark. Rapid React PID helps the smoker reach the selected cooking temperature quickly.

Control is handled through the Weber Connect digital LCD controller with a straightforward turn-and-press interface. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity through the Weber Connect app allow you to monitor smoker temperature, timers, food probe readings and cooking progress from a compatible smartphone. Two integrated food probe ports and two included probes make it easier to track internal food temperature during longer cooks.

A dual-level cooking area provides flexibility for preparing multiple foods, while the deep upper rack can accommodate larger barbecue favourites such as brisket. Removing the top rack creates additional room for roasts and whole poultry. The side-mounted pellet hopper holds a standard 9kg bag of pellets and includes a release handle for easier emptying and changing pellet flavours.

An enclosed grease and ash management system helps simplify clean-up, while the porcelain-enamelled lid, cast-aluminium cookbox and all-weather wheels support regular backyard use. For cooks who want authentic wood-fired barbecue without continuously managing a traditional offset fire, the Weber Smoque provides a practical combination of flavour, connectivity and controlled low-and-slow cooking.
