The Weber Hickory All-Natural Hardwood Pellets 9kg are 9 kg of all-natural hardwood pellets designed to add authentic wood-fired flavour to pellet barbecue cooking. Weber specifies a blend of 40% Hickory, 60% Oak, with 0% fillers and a moderate, bold, smoky and bacon-like flavour. The controlled hardwood blend makes the flavour easy to repeat from one cook to the next.

This pellet blend pairs well with beef, poultry, pork, lamb, game and vegetables. It is suitable for low-and-slow smoking as well as the wider roasting, grilling and baking capabilities of compatible pellet barbecues, allowing the fuel itself to become part of the flavour profile.
