Tread Mantel

The Gozney Tread Mantel adds a practical working ledge directly in front of the Tread pizza oven, giving you extra space to manage food and cookware close to the oven mouth. It is particularly useful when cooking at campsites, patios or temporary outdoor locations where bench space may be limited.

Designed specifically for the Gozney Tread, the Mantel connects directly to the oven to create a stable extension of the cooking area. This additional surface can make it easier to check pizzas, rotate suitable cookware, inspect food and make small adjustments without carrying hot dishes back to a separate preparation bench.

Constructed from high-pressure die-cast aluminium with a ceramic-coated finish, the Mantel is built to withstand the demanding heat and regular use associated with outdoor pizza cooking. The coating provides high-temperature and scratch resistance, while 304-grade stainless-steel components add strength and durability.

The Mantel can also provide a convenient position for basting, glazing or temporarily resting suitable cookware close to the oven opening. Its compact, purpose-built design adds useful functionality while maintaining the portable character of the Tread cooking system.

Always assume the Mantel becomes extremely hot during operation. Allow it to cool completely before cleaning, handling or removing it from the oven.
