Dough Scraper

The Gozney Dough Scraper is designed to make lifting, folding and transferring sticky dough cleaner, easier and more controlled. Particularly useful when working with soft or high-hydration pizza dough, its broad flexible edge helps release dough from mixing bowls without excessive pulling, stretching or tearing.

A green silicone exterior gives the scraper the flexibility needed to follow the curves of mixing bowls and dough containers, helping collect dough, flour and other mixture left around the sides or base.
