The Gozney Infrared Thermometer gives you an accurate way to check the surface temperature of your pizza oven floor before launching your pizza. Measuring the stone directly helps remove guesswork from preheating and makes it easier to achieve more consistent bases across every cook.
With a broad temperature range from -50°C to 800°C, the thermometer is ideally suited to the extreme temperatures reached by Gozney pizza ovens. Its built-in laser helps target specific areas of the cooking surface, allowing you to compare temperatures across the stone and identify hotter or cooler zones before deciding where to launch your pizza.
A bright LED-backlit digital display makes readings easy to see in changing outdoor light, while selectable Celsius and Fahrenheit settings suit different recipes and cooking preferences. Choose between single-read mode for a quick temperature check or continuous-read mode to scan across a larger cooking surface.
Powered by an included 9V battery, the thermometer requires no connection to the oven, power outlet or mobile app. An automatic shut-off function helps preserve battery life between uses, while the soft-touch handheld design makes it a convenient addition to your regular pizza-making setup.
The Gozney Infrared Thermometer measures surface temperature only and is not designed to replace a food or meat probe for checking internal cooking temperatures.
