The Gozney Balance Placement Peel 12" is designed to provide comfortable, controlled handling when preparing, carrying and launching pizzas up to 12 inches. Its Standard-sized blade offers dependable support beneath the dough while remaining compact and responsive for everyday pizza making.

The lightweight perforated aluminium blade allows excess flour to fall away before the pizza enters the oven, helping reduce burnt flour, smoke and residue on the cooking stone. A flat leading edge improves stability when moving beneath dough or retrieving a finished pizza, helping minimise unwanted rocking during use.

An FSC-certified beechwood handle provides a comfortable grip and positions the peel’s balance point closer to the user’s hand. This helps the peel feel more natural and controlled when carrying a fully topped pizza and can make positioning the pizza over the cooking stone easier before launch.

The handle is replaceable to support longer-term use, while Ocean Bound Plastic Certified recycled material is incorporated into the moulded handle assembly. An integrated metal hanging loop also provides convenient storage when the peel is clean and dry.
