Pizza Cutter

The Gozney Pizza Cutter is designed to create clean, controlled slices through pizza crusts while helping minimise unnecessary movement of cheese and toppings. Its large circular blade rolls smoothly across the pizza, while the weighted solid-wood handle provides the stability and control needed to maintain a consistent cutting line.

The cutting wheel is made from hardened high-carbon stainless steel and measures approximately 8.2cm in diameter. A 2mm-thick, twice-sharpened bevelled edge provides the strength and sharpness needed to cut through a variety of pizza styles, from thin and crisp bases to thicker sharing pizzas. The generous wheel size helps maintain momentum through raised crust edges, while the substantial blade construction provides stability when downward pressure is applied.

A carefully weighted and balanced solid-wood handle gives the cutter a comfortable, secure feel in the hand. Its ergonomic shape helps position your grip away from the cutting edge while allowing controlled pressure to be applied directly over the wheel. This combination of balance, blade size and sharpness helps make portioning freshly cooked pizza smooth and efficient.

For easier cleaning, the Pizza Cutter features a pivoting blade-lock system that allows the cutting assembly to be disassembled, providing better access around the wheel and axle where food residue can collect. Once cleaned, all components should be dried thoroughly and correctly reassembled before use. A dedicated protective storage bag is also included, helping keep the cutter protected between pizza nights and reducing contact between the sharp blade and other utensils. Suitable for pizza, flatbreads, garlic breads, calzones and other appropriate baked dishes, it is a practical serving tool for regular home pizza making.
