Gozney explains that the Dome Gen 2 door is intended for cooking methods that benefit from retained heat, steam or smoke, while the Neapolitan Arch is designed to enhance heat retention for high-temperature pizza. Gozney also confirms that these Door and Arch accessories are not compatible with Arc, Arc XL or Arc Lite.
