The Dome Ashtray gives Gozney Dome owners a more controlled way to manage wood- and charcoal-fired cooking. It is the updated version of Gozney’s ashtray module and is designed to help the cook make more deliberate adjustments to the fire as the oven session develops.

That extra control is useful when working with solid fuel, where changes in airflow and fire behaviour can quickly affect the heat inside the oven. The module supports a more responsive approach to managing flame and temperature without changing the hands-on character of cooking with wood or charcoal.

For Dome owners replacing an earlier ashtray module or maintaining an existing oven, the Dome Ashtray is a genuine Gozney spare part that keeps the fire-management system working as intended.
