Weber Q Roasting Pack

The Weber Q Roasting Pack corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Weber® Q® (G1/G2) BBQ Roasting Pack, combining a stainless-steel wire trivet with vented aluminium-foil convection trays to create an indirect cooking environment inside a compatible Weber Q.

The trivet raises food above the direct heat while the convection tray helps circulate heat around the cook. Used together, they turn a Q 200/2000 series barbecue from direct grilling into an oven-style setup suitable for roasts, baking, pizzas and desserts.

The pack contains one trivet and two convection trays. Weber advises against reusing convection trays after roasting meat because old fat may catch fire, while reuse for baking, pizza and desserts is acceptable. This roasting pack is for G1/G2 Q models and does not fit the newer G3 Q range.
