Weber Q Convection Trays 2000N Series

The Weber Q Convection Trays 2000N Series are designed to help turn a compatible 3rd Generation Weber Q from direct grilling into an indirect roasting and baking setup. Used with a roasting trivet, the vented aluminium trays allow heat to circulate around the food while collecting drippings below.

This pack contains 10 trays and fits Q2000N, Q2200N, Q2600N+ and Q2800N+ gas barbecues. Weber Australia advises against repeatedly reusing a tray for roasting meat because residual fat can create a fire risk, although trays may be reused for baking, pizza and desserts where appropriate.
