Weber Pulse Grilling / Pizza Stone

The Weber Pulse Grilling / Pizza Stone corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Pulse 1000/2000 Round Grilling Stone - 26cm, a glazed stoneware cooking surface for pizza, bread, biscuits and pastries. The 26 cm stone is formulated to promote crisp crusts while resisting fading, cracking and chipping.

Although listed as a Pulse accessory, Weber also specifies compatibility with its gas, charcoal and Q barbecues, making the stone useful across a broad range of Weber cooking setups. The raised handles built into the 30 cm overall width make positioning easier while still providing a compact baking surface.

Weber recommends hand washing the glazed stoneware. For best results, preheat and use the stone according to the barbecue’s cooking guide and avoid exposing the hot stone to sudden temperature changes.
