The Weber Pulse 2000 Roasting Trivet corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Pulse 2000 Electric BBQ Convection Trivet, designed to convert a compatible Pulse from direct barbecue cooking to an oven-style indirect setup. The raised stainless-steel trivet lifts food above the direct heat source so hot air can circulate more evenly around the cook.

That airflow makes the accessory useful for roasting and other foods that benefit from indirect heat rather than direct contact with the grill. Weber lists the trivet specifically for the Pulse 2000 electric barbecue.

The stainless-steel construction is compact and straightforward, with an out-of-carton footprint of 23 cm by 37 cm. Used with the appropriate convection setup, it provides a simple way to broaden the Pulse 2000 beyond direct grilling.
