Weber Pulse 1000 Roasting Trivet

The Weber Pulse 1000 Roasting Trivet corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Pulse 1000 Electric BBQ Convection Trivet, designed to raise food above direct heat and create an oven-style indirect cooking setup. By lifting the food, the trivet allows hot air to circulate more evenly around the cook.

That makes it particularly useful for roasting and other dishes where indirect heat provides better control than direct grilling. Weber lists this version specifically for the Pulse 1000 electric barbecue.

Made from stainless steel, the trivet has a compact 23 cm by 30 cm footprint and stores easily when it is not in use. Used with the correct Pulse convection setup, it adds another practical cooking method without changing the barbecue itself.
