Premium 57 cm Weber charcoal kettle with an extra-large Weber Works™ preparation station, additional storage and four-point mobility.

Description

The Weber Performer Premium Kettle Charcoal Barbecue 57cm combines Weber’s iconic charcoal kettle with an extra-large integrated cart, generous preparation surface and additional storage to create a premium outdoor charcoal cooking station.

The porcelain-enamelled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent cooking, while adjustable lid and bowl dampers provide control for high-heat searing, roasting and low-and-slow cooking. A built-in lid thermometer makes barbecue temperature easy to monitor, and the Tuck-Away™ lid holder keeps the lid safely within reach while you cook.

The Gourmet Barbecue System stainless-steel hinged cooking grill allows charcoal or smoking wood to be added during cooking and accepts compatible circular GBS inserts. Its large Weber Works™ side table supports compatible large-format preparation, storage and lighting accessories, providing additional flexibility around the barbecue.

The One-Touch™ cleaning system sweeps cooled ash and debris into the high-capacity ash catcher. A painted-steel bottom shelf and integrated mid-shelf provide useful storage, while two all-weather wheels and two lockable castors make the larger cart easy to position. Two Char-Baskets are included.
