Description

Upgrade your charcoal cooking experience with the Weber Performer Kettle Charcoal Barbecue 57cm. It combines Weber’s iconic kettle cooking performance with an integrated cart, practical work surface and storage to create a complete backyard charcoal cooking station.

The porcelain-enamelled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent cooking, while adjustable lid and bowl dampers give you control for high-heat searing, roasting and low-and-slow cooking. A built-in lid thermometer helps you monitor barbecue temperature, while the Tuck-Away™ lid holder provides a convenient place to secure the lid while tending to food.

The Gourmet Barbecue System stainless-steel hinged cooking grill allows charcoal or smoking wood to be added during cooking and accepts compatible circular GBS inserts. The integrated Weber Works™ side table supports compatible small-format preparation, storage and lighting accessories, giving you more flexibility around the barbecue.

The One-Touch™ cleaning system sweeps cooled ash and debris into the high-capacity ash catcher for straightforward clean-up. Two Char-Baskets are included, while the bottom storage shelf, tool hooks and durable all-weather wheels help keep your charcoal cooking setup organised and mobile.

Allow the barbecue and charcoal to cool completely before cleaning. Brush the stainless-steel cooking grill regularly. Use the One-Touch™ cleaning system to sweep cooled ash and debris into the high-capacity ash catcher, emptying it only when fully cool. Keep the lid and bowl dampers clear so airflow is not restricted. Protect the barbecue from the elements when not in use and follow the Weber Owner’s Guide for safe operation, cleaning and maintenance.
