The Weber Baby Q Roasting Pack 1000N Series is Weber Australia’s current Baby Q® (G3) BBQ Roasting Pack for Q1000N and Q1200N gas barbecues. The stainless-steel wire trivet and aluminium-foil convection trays convert the Baby Q from direct grilling to an indirect, oven-style cooking setup.
The raised trivet lets hot air circulate around the food, while the convection tray channels excess drippings away from the burner. This arrangement is designed for roasting and baking, helping the compact Baby Q handle roasts, baked dishes, pizza and desserts more evenly.
The pack contains three items in total: one trivet and two convection trays. Weber warns against reusing convection trays for repeated meat roasting because residual fats can create a fire hazard, although trays may be reused for baking, pizza and desserts.
