The Weber Baby Q Roasting Pack corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Baby Q® (G1/G2) BBQ Roasting Pack, designed to convert a compatible Baby Q from direct barbecuing to an oven-style indirect cooking setup. The pack combines a stainless-steel wire trivet with vented aluminium-foil convection trays.
When used together, the trivet lifts food away from the direct heat while the convection tray redirects airflow around the food. This creates the circulation needed for roasting, baking, pizza and desserts on Q 100/1000 series barbecues.
The pack includes one trivet and two convection trays. Weber warns that convection trays should not be reused when roasting meat because old fat may catch fire, although trays can be reused for baking, pizzas and desserts. This pack does not fit the newer Q models launched from September 2023.
