Weber - 3000 Series Family Q Convection Trays

The Weber - 3000 Series Family Q Convection Trays work with a Family Q trivet to convert compatible barbecues from direct grilling to indirect cooking. Their vented design helps heat circulate above, below and around the food, making them useful for roasting, baking, pizza and desserts.

This 10-pack suits 2nd Generation Family Q3000 series gas barbecues. Weber Australia advises that trays should not be reused for roasting meat because residual fats can create a fire risk, while reuse for baking and similar low-fat cooking is acceptable where suitable.
