Weber 1000 Series Baby Q Half Hotplate

The Weber 1000 Series Baby Q Half Hotplate corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Baby Q® (G2) Half Hotplate, a double-sided porcelain-enamelled cast-iron hotplate made for Q 100/1000 series gas barbecues. It replaces one side of the cooking grill to create a flat cooking surface for smaller or more delicate foods.

The hotplate is suited to breakfast foods, seafood, onions and other ingredients that benefit from a solid cooking surface rather than an open grill. Cast iron provides strong heat retention, while the porcelain-enamelled finish makes the plate suitable for regular barbecue use.

Weber specifies that only one hotplate should be used on the barbecue at a time. The Baby Q G2 Half Hotplate measures 0.5 × 8.6 × 12.6 inches out of the carton and should be hand washed after it has cooled.
