SmartBurn Chimney, Flue & Glass Cleaner is an Australian-made combustion-enhancing device that sits in a wood fire and releases a natural, non-toxic, non-corrosive catalyst as it heats.

SmartBurn says the device gradually acts on existing creosote, helps keep heater glass cleaner and can reduce smoke emissions by up to 54% while delivering up to 17% more effective use of wood under its certified test conditions.

One correctly used unit is designed to remain effective for up to three months, but SmartBurn specifically recommends regular heater servicing and annual professional chimney/flue inspection and sweeping.
