Have the heater installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the current manufacturer instructions, AS/NZS 2918 and local requirements. Burn dry, seasoned hardwood only unless the manufacturer specifically approves another fuel. Keep door seals, glass, air controls and the flue system maintained, remove ash only when safe to do so, and have the flue inspected and cleaned regularly. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning glass or internal components.

Hearth & Home Technologies limited warranty applies. For wood appliances, the firebox/heat exchanger Limited Lifetime period is defined as 10 years, with other components and labour covered for the periods stated in the current HHT warranty schedule.
