Pizza Stone

The Pizza Stone corresponds to Weber Australia’s current Gourmet BBQ System Pizza Stone, a cordierite baking stone designed to sit inside compatible Gourmet BBQ System cooking grills. The stone absorbs moisture from pizza dough while holding high heat, helping create a light, crisp base in the barbecue.

The 33.5 cm-wide stone is supplied with a metal carrying rack, making it easier to move the hot stone and cooked pizza from barbecue to table. Beyond pizza, the retained heat makes the stone useful for artisan-style breads and selected baked desserts.

Weber recommends brushing the stone clean and rinsing it with water without soap. The current Australian page continues to list part number 8836, confirming that this older Shopify 'Pizza Stone' record remains an exact live Weber accessory rather than a superseded product.
