Tread Gas Olive

The Tread Gas Olive is a rugged, portable gas pizza oven designed to bring genuine Gozney performance to backyards, campsites and outdoor adventures. Weighing approximately 13.5kg, its compact construction makes it easier to transport, position and store without sacrificing high-temperature cooking performance.

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Tread can cook pizzas up to 12 inches with crisp bases, beautifully risen crusts and flame-finished toppings. Gozney’s signature lateral gas flame rolls across the roof of the cooking chamber while the removable 12mm cordierite stone delivers intense heat from beneath the pizza.

Designed for fast, convenient cooking, the Tread can reach cooking temperature in as little as 15 minutes under suitable conditions. A built-in analogue stone-temperature gauge helps monitor the cooking floor, while the adjustable LPG burner gives you responsive control over the flame throughout the cook. Its adventure-ready construction is also designed to cool more quickly than larger heavily insulated ovens, making it particularly practical when cooking away from home.

Although pizza is its specialty, the Tread can also be used for flatbreads, flame-roasted vegetables, seafood, meats and other dishes suited to intense outdoor cooking. Compatible Tread accessories are available separately to create a versatile portable cooking setup.
