Dome XL Dual Fuel Bone

The Gozney Dome XL Dual Fuel Bone is a large-capacity outdoor oven designed for cooks who want the freedom to prepare multiple pizzas, roasting dishes and complete meals over gas, wood or charcoal. With up to 90% more cooking space than the original Dome, its expansive chamber can accommodate three 10-inch pizzas, two 12-inch pizzas or one large 18-inch pizza.

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Dome XL combines Gozney’s signature rolling flame with a substantial removable 30mm cordierite cooking stone. The thick stone stores and transfers intense heat into the food from below, while the flame provides powerful heat across the chamber for crisp pizza bases, blistered crusts, roasting, baking and searing.

The integrated digital console monitors both air and stone temperatures and includes a timer to assist with longer cooks. Two included meat probes provide additional control when roasting meat and poultry, while the adjustable LPG burner offers convenient ignition and precise flame control when gas cooking is preferred.

Beyond pizza, the generous chamber provides enough space for roast meats, seafood, vegetables, breads, cast-iron dishes and multiple components of a meal to cook together. Finished in contemporary Bone, the Dome XL is designed to become a substantial centrepiece for outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas.
