Dome Gen 2 Dual Fuel Bone

The Gozney Dome Gen 2 Dual Fuel Bone is a premium outdoor oven designed for cooks who want greater capacity, precise temperature control and the flexibility to cook with LPG gas, wood or charcoal. With over 40% more cooking space than the original Dome, it can accommodate one 16-inch pizza, two 10-inch pizzas or multiple dishes for complete outdoor meals.

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Dome Gen 2 combines Gozney’s signature rolling flame with a substantial removable 30mm cordierite cooking stone and commercial-grade three-layer insulation. This creates the intense, stable heat needed for crisp pizza bases, beautifully risen crusts, roasting, searing, baking and live-fire cooking.

A built-in digital console displays both air and stone temperatures and includes a timer plus two meat probes for monitoring food during longer cooks. The console is powered by a removable rechargeable USB-C battery, while the LPG burner provides convenient push-and-turn ignition and smooth flame adjustment when gas cooking is preferred.

Beyond pizza, the Dome Gen 2 is suited to roast meats, seafood, breads, vegetables, cast-iron dishes and slower live-fire recipes. Finished in contemporary Bone and engineered with serviceable components, it is designed to become a versatile centrepiece for outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas.
