Arc XL Gas Bone

The Gozney Arc XL Gas Bone is a premium gas pizza oven designed for cooks who want generous capacity, powerful heat and precise control in a streamlined tabletop format. Finished in Gozney’s contemporary Bone colour, its spacious cooking chamber can accommodate pizzas up to 16 inches, making it ideal for families, entertainers and dedicated home pizza makers.

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Arc XL combines Gozney’s signature lateral rolling flame with a removable 20mm cordierite cooking stone. The flame travels across the roof of the chamber to cook crusts and toppings from above, while the thick stone stores and transfers intense heat into the pizza base for crisp, evenly cooked results.

LPG gas operation provides straightforward ignition and responsive flame adjustment without the need to prepare or manage a wood fire. A built-in digital thermometer monitors temperature beneath the cooking stone, helping you judge when the oven is ready and when the floor has recovered between pizzas.

Beyond pizza, the generous cooking chamber and adjustable flame make the Arc XL suitable for flatbreads, flame-roasted vegetables, seafood, meats and suitable cast-iron dishes. Its combination of 16-inch capacity, powerful gas performance and refined Bone finish makes it a standout addition to outdoor kitchens and entertaining areas.
