Arc XL Gas Black

The Gozney Arc XL Gas Black is a high-performance gas pizza oven designed for cooks who want the space to prepare larger pizzas while retaining a convenient tabletop format. With capacity for pizzas up to 16 inches, its generous cooking chamber provides plenty of room for launching, turning and retrieving pizza while expanding the possibilities for outdoor cooking.

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Arc XL combines Gozney’s signature lateral rolling flame with a removable 20mm cordierite cooking stone. The flame travels across the roof of the chamber to cook crusts and toppings from above, while the thick stone stores and transfers intense heat into the pizza base for crisp, evenly cooked results.

LPG gas operation provides straightforward ignition and responsive flame adjustment without the need to prepare or manage a wood fire. The Arc XL generally reaches cooking temperature in approximately 30–40 minutes depending on conditions, while a built-in digital thermometer helps monitor the temperature beneath the cooking stone during heat-up and between pizzas.

Beyond pizza, the spacious cooking chamber and adjustable flame make the Arc XL suitable for flatbreads, flame-roasted vegetables, seafood, meats and suitable cast-iron dishes. Its combination of 16-inch capacity, powerful heat and precise gas control makes it ideal for families, entertainers and dedicated home pizza makers.
