Description
The Gozney Arc Lite is a compact gas pizza oven designed to deliver high-temperature Gozney performance in a smaller, lightweight format. Weighing approximately 12kg, it is easy to position and well suited to courtyards, balconies where permitted, and outdoor entertaining areas where space is limited.
Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Arc Lite is designed to cook pizzas up to 12 inches with crisp bases, beautifully risen crusts and authentic blistering. Gozney’s signature lateral flame rolls across the roof of the cooking chamber, surrounding the pizza with intense heat from above while the removable 12mm cordierite stone cooks the base from below.
Powered by LPG gas, the Arc Lite offers convenient ignition and precise flame control without the need to prepare or manage a wood fire. The adjustable burner allows you to build heat quickly before controlling the flame during cooking, making it approachable for first-time pizza makers while still delivering the performance experienced cooks expect.
Although pizza is the main attraction, the Arc Lite can also be used for flatbreads, flame-finished vegetables, seafood, meats and other compact dishes suited to high-temperature outdoor cooking.
