The Arc Booster is a purpose-built platform designed to raise compatible Gozney Arc ovens above an outdoor benchtop, creating a more comfortable working height for preparing, launching and turning pizza. By adding approximately 178mm of elevation, it can improve visibility into the cooking chamber without requiring permanent modifications to your outdoor kitchen.
Compatible with both the Gozney Arc and Arc XL, the Booster provides a stable base specifically designed around these ovens. Raising the oven can reduce unnecessary bending while cooking and provide a more natural angle when guiding a placement or turning peel through the oven opening.
Constructed from durable powder-coated steel, the Arc Booster provides the strength required to support the substantial weight of a compatible oven while maintaining a clean appearance that complements the wider Gozney range. An integrated lower shelf provides convenient storage for suitable pizza peels, helping keep important cooking tools organised and within easy reach.
The Arc Booster is supplied flat packed with the required assembly hardware. Once assembled, it should be positioned on a firm, level and heat-resistant outdoor benchtop before the oven is carefully installed. It is a practical upgrade for Arc owners wanting improved access, visibility and organisation from an existing benchtop cooking setup.
