Dome XL (Gen 2) Neo Arch

The Dome XL (Gen 2) Neo Arch is designed to create the intense, heat-retaining environment needed for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in the Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2).

By narrowing the oven opening, the Neo Arch helps reduce heat loss from the cooking chamber, allowing higher air temperatures to build and remain above the pizza. Combined with a fully saturated cooking stone, this creates the conditions needed for rapid oven spring, blistered crusts and characteristic leopard-style charring.

At approximately 450°C, the Neo Arch can support Neapolitan pizzas cooking in around 45–60 seconds, depending on dough hydration, pizza thickness, toppings and flame intensity. The retained heat is particularly effective with high-hydration dough, helping moisture rapidly turn to steam and inflate the outer crust before it sets.

Constructed from durable 304-grade stainless steel, the arch is built for repeated high-temperature cooking. Its heat-retaining design can also contribute to quicker heating, improved temperature recovery and greater fuel efficiency by reducing the amount of hot air escaping through the oven mouth.

Unlike the smaller standard Dome version, the Dome XL Neo Arch remains compatible with all Gozney peel sizes while fitted, allowing cooks to take full advantage of the larger oven's capacity.
