Dome & Dome XL Wood-Fire Control Kit

The Dome & Dome XL Wood-Fire Control Kit gives owners of compatible Gozney Gen 2 ovens greater control when cooking with wood or charcoal. Designed for the Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2), the powered system directs adjustable airflow beneath the fire to help establish combustion, maintain heat and respond when the flame needs additional energy.

A dedicated boost mode delivers increased airflow on demand, making it useful when lighting a new fire, adding fresh fuel or rebuilding flame intensity before high-temperature cooking. This provides a more controlled approach to live-fire cooking while preserving the flavour, aroma and theatre of real wood and charcoal.

The included heavy-gauge stainless-steel wood rack raises fuel above the cooking stone, allowing air to move beneath and around the fire for more effective combustion. The kit can be used for high-temperature pizza, roasting, charcoal cooking, smoke-infused dishes and longer fire-powered meals.

Two rechargeable Gozney batteries are included and recharge via USB-C. They are also interchangeable with the rechargeable battery used in the compatible Dome Gen 2 digital thermometer display, creating a convenient shared power system across the oven and accessory.

The Wood-Fire Control Kit is designed specifically for compatible Dome Gen 2 ovens and should be installed and operated according to Gozney's supplied instructions.
