Description

Arrow 1600 Metallic Black Inbuilt Wood Heater is an Australian-made inbuilt wood heater designed to turn a suitable masonry fireplace into an efficient fan-assisted heater.

It is rated to heat up to 25 squares with an average heating efficiency of 65% and average peak power of 12.7 kW. Current Arrow models use simple controls and a three-speed fan to move heat through the room.

The heater should be selected against the actual room, hearth and flue arrangement rather than heating-area figures alone. Final clearances and floor protection must follow the current Arrow installation instructions.

Use And Care

Have the heater installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the current manufacturer instructions, AS/NZS 2918 and local requirements. Burn dry, seasoned hardwood only unless the manufacturer specifically approves another fuel. Keep door seals, glass, air controls and the flue system maintained, remove ash only when safe to do so, and have the flue inspected and cleaned regularly. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning glass or internal components.

10-year firebox warranty to the initial purchaser, subject to Arrow/Shamic warranty terms, correct installation, operation and exclusions. Other components are covered only as specified in the current manufacturer warranty.
